How it works

Frequently asked questions

Does HumanMail replace my email address?

No. HumanMail plugs directly into your existing Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox. Your address stays exactly the same, and mail keeps arriving where it always has — we simply add a layer of proof about who actually sent it.

How does sender verification work?

Every sender proves that a live, accountable human stands behind their address, and that identity is bound cryptographically to the address itself. A verified message carries binary proof — either the human checks out or the message doesn’t — so an impostor can’t fake your CEO’s name with a lookalike account.

What happens to newsletters and automated messages?

Legitimate automated senders — receipts, shipping updates, service notifications — can verify as services and arrive with a clear “Verified service” badge. Mail that can’t prove who sent it doesn’t get the fast-pass; it’s held for review instead of landing next to messages from people you trust.
